Chess Club
Chess helps to develop a child's reading and math ability, critical and analytical thinking, as well as to build character and self-esteem. But, most of all it’s fun! For all students in grades K-8!
Beginning students will focus on basic rules of chess and elementary chess strategy. Intermediate and advanced students will focus on winning chess tactics, opening repertoires, middle-game combinations, and endgame strategies.
